Salam...and Hi...
I'm sure all of us have been to an interview before..right? For whatever reason whether it's for a job, a scholarship or even being interviewed by our future inlaws (yikes!!)
My last interview was with my current company 8 years ago...and of course when I was younger and just graduated as a Diploma holder in Executive Secretaryship I look forward to whenever there is a job interview, you know to get better pay etc..
One of my favourites is with this company in Dayabumi, KL... I was working with BP Oil at that time, and there was this guy who interviewed me and asked me to come back again for a second session with his boss... There they were about 4 of them in the room and I was supposed to get nervous but no... I was so confident and just answered to whatever questions they had for me.. I was like ..."bring it on, baby"..hahaha... Of course I passed the interview with flying colours but the pay they offered wasn't that attractive, so I declined.
And one more... I went for a job interview in a company which is a dealer for a luxury car here in Malaysia... I was supposed to work with the man who interviewed me..Again, the offer wasn't good enough for me to leave the company I was working with...I declined. To my surprise he came to my house and said he is willing to fork out some cash to meet my requirement (the pay, of course)...I was like "hello" .. I am not working with this guy...!! No ..no..
Masa interview nak masuk ITM lagi best, interviewer tu kata "Ni nak masuk ITM mesti nak cari boifren".. Aku jawab balik "Kalau nak cari boyfriend kat sini pun boleh"...terus dapat masuk ITM. Amik kau...! hehehehehe
So moral of the story, kalau dah rezeki kita...memang kita punya... Just be yourself, walk in with self confidence, give it your best..and doa banyak2 pada Allah SWT...sebab rezeki sume datang dari Dia...bukan dari sesape pun...
Wasalam and goodnight!

It's 14th July and the clock keeps on tickin'...
Haaa...dah lama tak mem blogging ni...almaklumlah asyik bizi ngan anak2 ..suami...ke hulu ke hilir..mana yg remaja, yg sekolah rendah ...yg masih 3 thn... nasib baik kita manusia dikurniakan kesabaran (walau ada tahap)... lagipun dah jadi mak kan..takkan nak give up on your children ..
Nope never give on your child...they are your 'assets'.. betul tak?
Today is Sunday 14 July 2013...here I am again infront of the computer ..babbling on whatever comes into my mind...
My only daughter is in boarding school..if she is around, then I'll be in a mall somewhere looking for whatever she needs...not my needs...her needs..! We are closed...she tells me about boys, school, her ambition etc etc...and like a best friend let secrets be secrets.
And because of the same interests we share, we clicked...Once I took her to a movie...Ombak Rindu..drove all the way ..just the two of us and left the little ones with my husband...We cried and exchange tissues during the movie...hehehe...then kept on raving about that movie to everyone...
Then recently went crazy with the latest 13 episodes of Sebenarnya Saya Isteri Dia (SSID) on TV3...
We, plus another 11 million viewers watched that final episode on Friday, 5th July. What I can say about SSID is:
1. Izzue Islam nailed the character as Firash Arshad.. I saw his work in Senyuman di Kuala Lumpur, Bunga Merah Punya...but in SSID he is brilliant..the character suits him like a glove! LOL .. (Bak kata DikDa...dulu tak nak kawin..like nobody will even care..tengah meletop nak kawin pulak!!!) Bernanah mata anak aku nengok gambor Izzue and wife!!! Alalala..cian..tak pe..melambak lagi mcm dia kat luor tu...
2. Tiz Zaqyah...I 'fell in love' with Tiz as Nur in Nur Kasih...So lovely...she looks beautiful wearing 'tudung' ..oh, well..it's her job as an actress..everyone loves her characters in SSID and Nur Kasih... hey..I even went to see Nur Kasih the movie, duhhh!! Again, with my 'bff'...
3. The storyline...not bad...although we hope for a better final episode...that's the risk of making a movie from a novel...everyone expects it to be 100% from what they read from the novel itself...
....
Then come this viral video from youtube about a school girl confessing her love to a boy..just after 1 week of being a couple!!!
My daughter was like "what was she thinking??"...I mean where I come from...girls are not supposed to break the ice...no..no... I told her what my mom told me..."Never start ..let him start first"...I mean, the confession, the obsession..the whatever that may come from what you call'love"..pfft! Nanti tak pasal2 kalau break off ke, kena balik kat kita "awak yg beria-ria ..saya tak kisah sangat pon"...panggg!!! what a slap in the face kan...
.....
What I shared with my children is what I've learned, heard and experienced in life. They may not experience it or maybe they will do things differently... but it is my duty to guide, to teach and even to listen...as life might not be fair...but if you take things positively, everything will be perfect! (wink)
...
till then...have a great Sunday ...
